Neurodiversity Week

Celebrating Neurodiversity Week - March 13- 23

At Solstice, we recognize and celebrate the unique strengths, perspectives, and talents of neurodivergent individuals. Neurodiversity Week is a time to embrace differences, challenge misconceptions, and advocate for greater inclusion and understanding of conditions like ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and more.

What does neurodiversity mean?

It’s the idea that brains work in beautifully different ways—there is no "right" way to think, learn, or process the world. By valuing neurodivergent minds, we create a more inclusive, innovative, and compassionate society.

How can we support neurodiversity?

  • Encourage strength-based approaches—every brain has its superpowers!

  • Create inclusive spaces in schools, workplaces, and communities.

  • Foster understanding and acceptance through education.

  • Provide mental health and emotional support tailored to individual needs.

This week (and always), let’s celebrate thinking differently and commit to building a world where everyone feels seen, valued, and supported.

Need support or resources? Solstice offers assessments and specialized therapies and support for neurodivergent individuals.
